Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

MyanPing routes the network traffic of supported games through our relay servers to reduce lag and packet loss. It is not a general-purpose VPN: other apps, websites and downloads keep using your own internet connection.

We do not guarantee a specific ping, speed or result. How much it helps depends on your internet provider, your device, the game and the game’s servers.

2. Your account

You must give a valid email address and keep your password and access keys private. You are responsible for everything done with your account and keys.

Each plan allows a set number of devices at the same time. Sharing, selling or publishing your access key or phone link is not allowed; we may reset or disable keys that are shared.

You must be at least 13 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to use the Service.

3. Beta testing

MyanPing is in beta testing. New players receive 20 days of beta access after verifying their email, on up to five devices at a time and once per PC. Beta access does not renew automatically, and staff may extend it.

Paid plans and payments are paused during beta testing. No payment details are required for beta access. Feedback is welcome but is not rewarded with extra access. We will announce any future paid plans before accepting new payments. Existing access and records of earlier purchases are retained.

4. Refunds

If we cannot provide the Service you paid for, for example a region you bought for is shut down for good, contact us and we will refund the unused months.

Payments sent to the wrong account or for the wrong amount: contact us with the transaction ID and we will help sort it out. Access already used is not refundable.

5. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for playing games. You must not use it to break the law, attack or scan other networks, send spam, infringe others’ rights, or try to reach our servers’ internal systems.

You must not cheat in games through the Service or use it to break a game’s own rules. Game publishers may have their own rules about network tools; following them is your responsibility.

Do not resell the Service unless you are an approved MyanPing reseller.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but it may be interrupted for maintenance, outages at our hosting providers, or events outside our control. We may add, change or remove games, regions and features.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you on the website or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

7. Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, share keys, or put the Service or other players at risk. Where the reason is not abuse, we refund unused months.

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

8. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost matches, rankings, in-game items or data. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.
